Experteer Overview
As a Corporate Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage with mid-market to enterprise clients to help them grow using proactive and inbound selling. You act as a trusted advisor, guiding digital transformation and change management to expand HubSpot usage. You own end-to-end sales from territory planning to closing and ongoing expansion, often navigating complex contracts. You collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy and deliver product demonstrations. This is a growth-focused role within a company committed to a connected platform and customer success.

Responsibilities
- Own annual, quarterly and monthly territory plan
- Identify new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- Close new business and expand install base to meet quota
- Sell to internal champions and directly to C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategy
- Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations
- Respond to Legal, Security and Procurement questionnaires and RFPs
- Sell the full growth platform with emphasis on Enterprise licenses
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Security to address complex contract requirements
Key requirements
- 4+ years of closing sales experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
- Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Track record of high performance (e.g., quota attainment)
- Strong goal orientation and execution discipline
