In this role, you will lead strategic, high-value engagements with senior executives at Fortune-class accounts, guiding them with Forrester’s research on emerging technologies and customer experience. You’ll craft and execute account penetration strategies, uncover initiatives, and deliver insights that help clients win, serve, and retain customers. You’ll collaborate with analysts and the ecosystem to provide prescriptive solutions, while driving growth and renewal in public-sector contexts. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role that combines relationship-building with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior management (director, C-level) to act as a trusted advisor using Forrester research
Collaborate with industry analysts to sell and deliver prescriptive client solutions
Maintain weekly/daily metrics and meet quotas with forecasts
Uncover key business initiatives and engage cross-functional buying centers
Develop sales opportunities to increase contract value and retention
Maintain relationships with executive contacts to understand needs and identify opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of products and services to align solutions with client needs

Key requirements

Bachelor degree preferred
At least eight years of relevant/consultative sales experience
Experience selling to C-level professionals in a competitive market
Willingness to cold-call and book meetings
Proven track record in new-business development, quota achievement, and personal sales strategy
Strong presentation, organization, and time-management skills
Fast learner comfortable with technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
