In this role you drive client growth by delivering integrated, cross-capability solutions for a portfolio of accounts. You’ll partner with DAVID’s experts to scope projects, uncover opportunities, and guide teams to flawless delivery. You act as a trusted advisor to senior brand managers, championing great creative work while coaching junior staff. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to push innovative ideas and maintain strong client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative excellence, and production, within Ogilvy’s Borderless Creativity framework.
Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio with a target around $3M in revenue
- Partner with capability experts to deliver integrated solutions and identify new opportunities
- Immersed in client business dynamics to inform strategy and initiatives
- Proactively plan to exploit opportunities and drive business growth
- Maintain client-first mindset and present innovative solutions at all levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to marshal agency resources
- Build and sustain relationships with creative and strategic partners
- Coach and develop junior staff through feedback and growth opportunities
- Provide guidance and push ideas for stronger directions and outcomes
- Monitor and communicate perspectives on current marketing and industry issues
- Uphold accountability for overall agency performance and delivery quality
Key requirements
- 7–10 years in account management
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience
- Digital fluency with understanding of fragmented media landscape
- Experience leading mid- to large-scale video production
- Commitment to creative excellence
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Insatiable curiosity and passion for the industry
- Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
- Excellent listening skills and adaptability
