In this role you will own and grow an OneStream SaaS footprint within an assigned territory, focusing on renewals, expansions, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage strategic account plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and consistently aim to meet or exceed revenue targets. You will articulate OneStream’s value to C-level stakeholders and develop joint business cases to drive revenue growth and customer retention. This is a strategic, customer-centric, quota-driven position with strong collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Alliances.
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing customers by understanding evolving needs and OneStream's value proposition
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Manage sales pipeline, reporting, and proposal preparation
- Develop and grow self-sourced pipeline via direct prospecting and partner channels
- Act as business partner to customers, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth
- Articulate OneStream value through presentations, business cases, and success stories
- Prepare joint business cases and leverage them in sales cycles to support revenue generation
- Prepare proposals and SaaS agreements for prospects and customers
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts to drive additional revenue
- Coordinate knowledge transfer across internal teams and external partners
Key requirements
- 5–10 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of meeting quota and retention targets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Negotiation skills related to renewals and upsell/cross-sell
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience selling complex SaaS solutions to C-level customers
- Customer-centric consultative selling experience
- Knowledge of marketing/sales strategy and tactics
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred
- Team-oriented with collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and Alliances
- Willingness to travel
- Track record of exceeding revenue goals
