As a Senior Recruiter in our international RPO team, you drive end-to-end recruitment for professionals for a global client in materials engineering solutions. You’ll collaborate with Hiring Managers across Europe, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding the process from briefings to offer and contract administration. This hybrid Dresden-based role blends autonomous delivery with close client contact, contributing to inclusive, high-quality hiring. Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment for professional roles
Hold briefing calls with the client and screen candidates
Carry out phone interviews and coordinate Hiring Manager interviews
Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records
Provide selection decision documentation and support during offers/contracting
Maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates
Stay updated on recruitment trends to optimize processes

Key requirements

3 years+ end-to-end recruitment experience
Experience recruiting in semiconductor industry is preferred
Experience with ATS and RPO background
Customer-focused attitude with strong stakeholder interaction
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication skills in English and German
Self-driven with high degree of autonomy
Must be able to work in the office 2-3 days per week in Dresden
