Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company mission
- Drive international expansion and market entry through partnerships
- Lead capital-raising efforts including Series A and subsequent rounds
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
- Act as primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and scalability
Key requirements
- 10+ years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors
- At least 5 years in a C-level position
- Proven success in scaling companies internationally and securing substantial investment
- Deep knowledge of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation
- Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build consensus
- Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency advantageous
