Duties Serve as a subject matter expert for electrical engineering on inland navigation projects. Inspect and analyze lock and dam power distribution and control systems and electrical equipment and identify recommended repairs. Participate in periodic assessment and utilize advanced engineering principles to identify evidence of electrical equipment distress at existing inland navigation structures. Provide electrical engineering quality control by serving on regional Design Quality Control Review (DQCR) and Agency Technical Review (ATR) teams on inland navigation projects.
