Negotiates training requests from customers, including senior leadership of IRS, business units and stakeholders to develop and execute a diversity program or presentation that aligns with IRS/business units' strategies and metrics. Serves as a trusted subject matter expert and source for diversity and inclusion educational services on the most complex and sensitive diversity and inclusion matters
