Duties
The incumbent's principal responsibility is to ensure all Field Office contracts, agreements and related programmatic responsibilities are properly managed and administered in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DHS, ICE and ERO guidance. In addition to FAR-based contracts, the incumbent is responsible for the management of two unique types of detention agreements: ICE Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ICE IGSAs) and U.S. Marshals Service Intergovernmental Agreements (USMS IGAs).
