FUNCTIE-INFORMATIE Binnenkort komt de functie vrij van hoofd calculatie / hoofd bedrijfsbureau bouw- en projectontwikkeling. Als rechterhand van de directeur ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie, waarbij de focus ligt op het verwerven van projecten. Dit gebeurt door aanbestedingen, eigen ontwikkeling en het in bouwteam uitwerken en voorbereiden van projecten. Na het sluiten van de contracten draag je de projecten over aan de projectteams. Tijdens het hele proces van verwerven tot moment van overdracht ben je de centrale spil. Daarnaast is het up-to-date houden van de organisatie in al haar facetten een van de belangrijke kenmerken van de functie
