Description du poste En tant que chargé d’exploitation, vous serez rattaché à la Directrice Exploitation Technique et HSEQ, et assurerez les missions suivantes : SUPERVISION ET TELEMAINTENANCE En collaboration étroite avec les techniciens en télémaintenance d’IRVE, qui sont de véritables bras droits des chargés d’exploitation : Traiter les anomalies entrantes issues des canaux de communication (tels que : e-mail, hotline helpdesk, téléphone) ; Surveiller les écrans de supervision pour un panel de contrats d’exploitation d’IRVE, en toute polyvalence ; Suivre et analyser de manière proactive les alertes émises de la plateforme de supervision ainsi que les incidents d’exploitation
