This position is responsible for management of all operational, and sales support services. This position requires oversight of the day to day operations of the operational staff including cashiering, new accounts, transfer of accounts, tax, NIGOs, MAS, etc. This position also is required to resolve any customer issues working with the financial advisors and management team in addition to any third party vendor as needed. Partners with compliance to provide and ensure all regulatory reporting and compliance.
This position will require management and leadership skills to drive Commerce Brokerage Services, Inc. (“CBSI”) results and align the support services for all CBSI clients and advisors. Requires complex problem resolution skills to assist team members, financial advisors and clients. Applies advanced skills and decision making to all aspects of brokerage support services work/business, including operational, trading and sales support, and uses extensive knowledge of brokerage business, supervision and leadership to ensure the staff completes assignments. Provides coaching and mentorship to help develop the team.
Bachelor Degree. 7-10 Brokerage & Management Experience. FINRA Series 7, 63, 24. Strong PC skills and ability to learn new applications quickly and with ease. Including Advanced MS Office skills. Clayton Tower location (8000 Forsyth Blv. Clayton, Mo 63105)
