This Integration & Test Manager position reports functionally to the Director of I&T, and is responsible for leading spacecraft integration & test activities at the Gilbert AZ Campus for the LANDSAT Product Line (Multiple Spacecraft). Reports programmatically to the LANDSAT Program/Product Line Manager, to lead the execution of the entire I&T effort, guaranteeing quality, optimizing cost and schedule while meeting Program and Customer requirements.

Responsible for the complete integration and test effort for a spacecraft. The includes mechanical, electrical, RF and coordinates propulsion test, Harness and QA activities. Develops and maintains the Test and Integration Master plan. Serve as the Cost Account Manager for satellites during the I&T phase. Interface with customer for all I&T and launch activities. Reviews and approves all engineering products to ensure concurrent engineer design and ability to build and test spacecraft.




Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM discipline with a minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
  • Must have excellent knowledge of space systems with one or more of the following: 6 years Systems Engineering experience 6 years experience in satellite manufacturing, integration & test.
  • Ability to establish schedules and work flows with the capability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working with and managing production integration teams.
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government, DoD Secret clearance, clearance not required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering
  • Top Secret Security clearance with a current background investigation required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
