Description:

We are specifically looking at candidates with experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry with an emphasis on Defense DFARS/ITAR/FedRAMP experience. Thus a good mix of the manufacturing domain understanding coupled with expertise in Defense DFARS/ITAR/FedRAMP is a must.  Prefer a candidate who has direct experience with establishing ITAR/DFARS compliant unit for a “Foreign” company in the US.
In addition, the candidate is required to drive consulting, solutions and RFX driven opportunities, contextual knowledge in account and relevant A&D industry throught leadership through creation of POV, Use Cases for POC, Workshop content and client interaction. 
The candidate should have experience / expertise in the areas of problem solving, new ideation & creativity, process re-engineering or design, project planning & execution, business planning & execution. Must be a high performer in his or her area of business.
All candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent oral & written communication skills, team working skills, leadership, risk taking and high performance & achievement orientation. Should be open to learning & skill building and demonstrate willingness to embrace technology and best in class industry skills.

Participate in industry forums and account specific authoring white papers internally  and jointly with customers, POV, POC and Case studies
Responsibilities:  
Win new business for our Client in A&D industry 
Support strategic business relationships through mentoring as Business or Product SME’s
Provide thought leadership to customer relationships - share industry trends and best practices 
Move relationships up the value chain through business alignment beyond the CIO organization 
Play business / functional lead role in industry 
Enable and execute breakthrough consulting engagements – transform business processes through redefinition & reengineering 
Conduct research and articulate white papers / point of view papers of world class standard in client context
Qualifications: 
20+ years overall experience, spread across a combination of Defense, manufacturing industry, Consulting, Information & Technology services. Minimum of 10 years in core area – Defense ITAR/DFARS/FedRAMP experience with DoD or USAF or Defense Manufacturing Industry or Defense IT consulting. We are looking for a combination of business and technology skills. Thus a good mix of the process and chemical domain understanding coupled with expertise in at least one core technolgy area is a must.
Candidates with following additional exposure & qualification  would be preferred:
1. Candidate with active security clearance
2. Experience in a top consulting firm in A&D manufacturing or IT industry / practice
3. Experience in application of new age digital technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data analytics) is desirable
4. Experience on client facing roles  
5. Demonstrable evidence on Innovation, Thought Leadership or Subject Matter Expertise
6. Experience in MNC / Transnational 
7. Rich enterprise systems experience  
Any big US city but prefer DC or Dallas or Seattle or Los Angeles
The candidates will be required to travel and work at different client location in USA
