Situated in the Mission Valley area of sunny San Diego, CA is a stimulating opportunity for talented Speech Recognition Engineers that are looking to take their career to the next level. We are an established software company, with a large client list and looking to grow out our Engineering team. We build speech automation software, with natural language solutions, call progress analysis, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text.
We are seeking an experienced Staff Speech Recognition Engineer to join our technology team and solve challenging technical problems in processing collaborative voice conversations. Members of the technology teamwork as a group and with colleagues in engineering and product to devise and deploy new algorithms for speech recognition, speaker diarization, and language understanding.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's in STEM (Master's or PhD preferred)
At Least 3 Years of PROFESSIONAL Experience plus Additional Knowledge of the following:
- Python
- Speech Analysis
- Natural Language Processing
- Deep Learning
- Speech Recognition
- Dialogue Systems
- Kaldi
- Unstructured Data
- Deep Neural Networks
- Speech Technology
