Length of Assignment 6 months+ Start Date 040119 Job Description Sr. Manufacturing Engineer Key Skills Broadband RFMicrowave experience (10MHz - 40 GHz frequency range), Design Review experience (DFM, BOM's to MRP system), Electronic Test fixturing, coordinate compliance testing, BS in Electronics, Client is a Broadband Low VolumeHigh Mix manufacturer. Description Sr. Manufacturing Engineer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for shepherding the new products under development through the NPI (New Product Introduction) process. Key Responsibilities include bull NPI of RF and Microwave Test Equipment bull Key contributor in design reviews, bull Lead the DFM vision on development projects bull Working with hardware, mechanical and software engineers in order to evaluate and troubleshoot the product bull Lead a cross functional team defining assembly processes and manufacturing plans for new products bull Product structure development bull Assist in compliance and quality testing bull Lead the NPI team during pilot and launch phases of new products. Requirements bull BS in electronics bull RF and Microwave experience is mandatory bull 5 years of manufacturing expertise bull Prefer 3-5 years of development experience in addition to the manufacturing experience (TM experience is preferred) bull Good understanding of Statistics and their use in specification setting. Competencies and Behavior skills are required bull Excellent communicator bull Strong technical skills in digital, RF and Microwave circuits bull Basic understanding of mechanical engineering
