Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Vice President for Surgical Services will oversee multiple facilities and be responsible for the main operating rooms, ambulatory surgery, PACU, sterile processing, and endoscopy. This leader will provide innovative thinking and strategize new initiatives to improve the overall service line. The VP will be responsible for performance improvement programs, quality initiatives, and continuous education. The hospital is seeking an individual who will enhance satisfactions scores and improve operations for each facility.
