Typically manages a staff of 3 to 8 employees. Manage relationships with clients and auditors, making sure that requests are met, clients are satisfied with the level of service, and that reporting projects and audits stay on track to meet all deadlines. Effectively coordinate with the various client departments, independent auditors and internal State Street departments to deliver all reporting projects in accordance with the agreed upon production
