Details: Position Description International Tax Compliance – Vice President There is an immediate opening in Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Tax department for a Vice President in the International Tax Compliance group. The candidate will assume a leadership role in the management of the worldwide tax compliance process. The candidate would be responsible to: -Manage compliance related issues and tax planning analysis for Morgan Stanley foreign subsidiaries and their hybrid subsidiaries with a main focus on certain European jurisdictions. -Prepare applicable US tax returns for assigned MS non-US entities (Form 5471, 8865 etc.) -Prepare quarterly analysis for the assigned entities for tax provision
