Position Description • Ensure proper accounting policies governing the Merchant Banking business are developed and maintained • Act as a liaison with internal accounting policy group on emerging accounting issues and new business initiatives • Act as central point of contact on all internal and external audit reviews • Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger for Morgan Stanley LP and GP interests in the Real Estate Funds • Review Mark of Morgan Stanley Interests in the Funds, Cost of Capital • Review FAS 157, FIN45 disclosures as well as other related 10Q/K disclosures • Interact with Glasgow for Legal Entity reporting • Reporting Assets Under Management on a actual
