Requirements Capital One Bank is organized into three vertical segments – Consumer, Small Business and Commercial. The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for developing direct response and channel marketing campaigns to support the Consumer Segment product and revenue growth targets. The Marketing Program Manager will manage direct response marketing programs to support consumer acquisition and customer management (cross-sell/retention) strategies.
