Requirements The Head of Small Business Marketing will be responsible for generating new Small Business accounts and enhancing existing Small Business relationships with Capital One Bank using a variety of marketing mediums. This individual will be accountable for developing and executing innovative, high impact marketing programs, primarily leveraging product positioning, advertising and field-based programs. This Senior Director will work closely with the Small Business Segment to understand small business segmentation and needs to target existing franchise customers with no branch based relationship and also pure prospects within Capital One Bank’s footprint.
