Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of and manage the change process for the group.  This includes managing the migration on to new reporting platforms and enhancing processes as required, training staff on the new processes and platforms • Understand, map and document processes flows and controls for the three business lines. • Enhance the P&L reporting and analysis done by the group for the Front Office. • Provide subject matter expertise to new business initiatives and ensure that Product Control requirements are captured.  Test any changes required and integrate them into the daily processes. • Assistance with ad-hoc projects and information requests. •
